What is this service?

Through this service, you will have a simple way to deliver job ads to nearly any job site on the Internet.

Who is JobTarget?

JobTarget has been helping employers post their job openings since 2001. Since its founding, its services have been used to advertise over 100 million job advertisements.

What are the benefits of posting my jobs through this service?

There are numerous benefits of using this service; we think well worth the $5 posting fee.

1. Save time: Posting jobs is fast and simple. No need to go to different job sites, register, key in the job ad info.
2. Save money: JobTarget is able to negotiate with the job boards and, often times, get you below retail rates.
3. Free Analytics: You can now see how many clicks your ads get and understand where your good applicants are coming from. JobTarget tracks to performance and engagement on all ads.
4. Centralized vendor management: All your job posting and billing is centralized through JobTarget.
5. Quality Support: JobTarget has support personnel on-call, available to help you.
6. Become a Smarter Advertiser: This service can help you find the right job sites for each of your job openings. Using the aggregated performance analytics of millions of job ads, this service highlights the job sites most likely to perform well for your job opening.

How does this service work?

It's basically a 3-step process:

• Step 1, you will choose the job sites you want to send your job, by adding them to the Cart.
• Step 2, you will enter any of the necessary posting information required by the job sites.
• Step 3, you will review your order and process your payment.

What happens after I submit my order?

It depends quite a bit on the job sites you chose to use. But, JobTarget will initiate the delivery service of your ads. In some cases, jobs can be delivered immediately, others it may take a day (or sometimes a few days). If there are any issues, JobTarget will reach out and let you know. From within your ATS platform, you should be able to track the status of your job postings.

What if I need help?

JobTarget offers chat support. Simply click on the chat icon in the lower righthand corner of the website.

How do the fees work?

When you select a paid job site, you simply pay the cost of advertising on that site (Often times, JobTarget has negotiated a discount which is passed along to you!). If you choose a job site that has no cost, JobTarget charges a small $5/posting fee. This covers all the benefits described above including delivery of your ads, analytics tracking, customer support for your posting, and more.

How do I pay for the services?

You will need a credit card to use the service. JobTarget may be able to offer invoicing, on a case-by-case basis; please contact support to learn more. Please note: all charges on your credit card will appear from JobTarget.

What if I already have credits/slots/subscription with a job site?

For many job sites, you will be able to use your credits, slots, and subscriptions through this service. Simply click the “Add Job Site Inventory” link on the upper hamburger icon. JobTarget personnel will be in touch to assist with setup.

What if I don’t have credits/slots/subscriptions, but want them?

JobTarget has a media services group which can help you purchase products from job sites. They can even help you choose the right job sites to use. This service is offered free of charge.

What if I do lots of postings?

Talk to JobTarget and we can help get you setup with credits/slots or offer you alternative automated advertising solutions.

Do you offer automated job posting services?

Yes, JobTarget can help setup AutoPosters to automatically deliver some (or all) of your postings to a particular job site. JobTarget also offers Programmatic solutions to automatically get your jobs on all the leading job sites.

Can I get a refund for an order?

In most cases orders are non-refundable. Job sites have pretty strict refund policies, since most of the value is delivered in the first few days of your advertisement. If your job was never advertised, then JobTarget would work to help get you a refund.
